Group Soundbath

Space to Rest, Reset & Reconnect

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of a restorative group soundbath.

Each experience is thoughtfully designed to be trauma-sensitive, creating a calming atmosphere that supports nervous system regulation and guides groups into a shared state of deep rest and relaxation.

Join us for monthly Soundbaths on Saturdays at 3pm at Yoga, Meditation, Healing, in Glasgow's West End.
